CLASS INFO

Shred classes are 45 minutes of pure, high-octane, adrenaline-boosting strength, cardio, agility, speed, and power.

Resistance training meets functional movement patterns in a full-body burn. These workouts will ultimately help tone, firm, define, and push through any physical plateaus you may have experienced in the past. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, physically stronger, mentally focused, and ready to take on your day!

Each class comes equipped with live coaches demonstrating each movement/ timing/ expectation, hands-on support, relentless form correction, and encouragement, all class long. We end each workout with 5 minutes of breath work, dynamic stretching, and mobility to manage heart rate and encourage recovery.

We understand that walking into a class setting with new people and not knowing what to expect can be overwhelming. The fear of the unknown is REAL.

Our coaching staff will assist you during your first few classes - every step of the way. From greeting you at the door, hosting your facility tour, and reviewing your health history / fitness goals while getting to know your body and mindset.

We will stay with you on the gym floor for your entire workout- ensuring you learn proper form, receive modifications for any possible past injuries or limitations and feel supported and capable during the entirety of your experience! All you have to do is choose the day and class time that fits your schedule- we handle the rest!

Our programming is built to ensure your entire body is worked at the end of each week, leaving your muscles feeling full and strong - but never too sore that you can’t come back the next day. Remember that consistency is key! Our goal is to create the perfect balance of losing fat, building muscle, recovering quickly, and coming consistently.
