A combination of intense cardio intervals and vigorous resistance training to create the ideal metabolic demand for effective long-term fat loss and overall conditioning. Expected results include more energy, noticeable toning, and tightening, increase in strength and stamina and optimal muscle recovery for those participating in 3 or more classes a week. Expect to burn anywhere from 600 - 1,000 calories in each 45-minute class, depending on your personal intensity level.

Shred Shop offers a Yin Yoga class every Wednesday at 7pm and Saturday at 12pm, lead by one of Windsor’s very own sought-after yoga specialist, Tracy Kennedy.

Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular styles of yoga that emphasize the lengthening and contracting of your muscles, helping in releasing tension in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
